- Invisible units no longer invisible to their own civ
- Remember last civilopedia position
- New game screen: Start fresh if the latest game start is erroring
- When selecting custom maps, don't overwrite the ruleset if the current mods are a superset of the map's required mods

- Set default max coast extension to 3 instead of 2
